Here&#8217;s what pets\u00a0teach\u00a0about the important things\u00a0in life.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There&#8217;s always\u00a0time\u00a0to stop and smell stuff.<\/li>\n<li>Sticking to your diet means\u00a0eating only\u00a0what&#8217;s on your plate, not the plate itself.<\/li>\n<li>Ice cubes can be good snacks, as long as they are referred to as \u201ctreats&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>A walk around the block makes your tail wag.<\/li>\n<li>Running in circles makes you dizzy, but makes other people laugh.<\/li>\n<li>Jumping on people is fun, but most people prefer you don&#8217;t.<\/li>\n<li>Good manners makes people talk sweet about you.<\/li>\n<li>Good training and\u00a0education keeps you in good standing with those you love.<\/li>\n<li>Pure joy comes to those who like to\u00a0play.<\/li>\n<li>Patience often leads to unexpected\u00a0rewards.<\/li>\n<li>One great\u00a0toy is all you really need to be happy.<\/li>\n<li>Knowing a good trick or two really impresses people.<\/li>\n<li>Everyone needs a friend who\u00a0listens.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping quiet is sometimes the best advice given.<\/li>\n<li>Doing nothing is absolutely okay &#8212;
